Joining a Class After the Term Commences
No problem, as long as there is a spot open. Tuition will be prorated after the second class. If starting before the second class then the student is entitled to a make up class for the first class of the session.

Changing Classes
Mid-term Within the
Same Program
We will gladly accommodate class change requests within the same program (assuming there is a vacancy in your desired class). Because of different pricing procedures, moving from program to program is considered dropping a class.

Dropping a Class or 
Missing Classes
If you decide you need to unenroll from Gigueres, you may only be removed during an installment payment week. A written 2 week notice is required to unenroll. Failure to do so will keep you on the roster for the next 7 weeks. If you miss a class you may make it up during another class that is comparable. You must register at the office for all make up times.  You are able to make up up to 2 classes during the 7 week installment period. you may only do a make up class if your child is presently enrolled at Gigueres. There are no make up times for missed workouts by team members. Make ups maybe transferred to other siblings but not credited towards tuition.

Session Payment Policies
Payment for session 1 may be paid in full (discounts apply) or in 6 - 7 week installment payments. You may only unenroll from the program at an installment week and only with a 2 week written notice. Forms will be available at the office.

Student Status
Payment is due with the annual registration fee upon signing up for a class. The payment is prorated after the 2nd class if signing up during the session. When signing up for a waiting list, the registration and full payment will not be processed until the child is in the class. When a spot in the desired class opens up, the parent will be notified of the start date and time of class along with confirmation of the payment being put through. The wait list will be entered based on the order in which they were received by the office. Wait list registrations that are not accompanied by a check or credit card number will be put to the end of the list.
